Property Bloom is excited to present a new development strategy.

A duplex is constructed in a high demand, tourism location in the Hunter Region, Central Coast and Lake Macquarie and then after construction is completed, we set up the villa for short term holiday letting. 

We usually have to find old homes to demolish on large blocks in the right locations to build close to the water. This strategy will create equity but also very importantly, it will result in up to an 18% gross rental return. So it is a great cash flow strategy.  Clients can choose to holiday let both villas or long term lease one and holiday let one or sell one and keep one.

There are lots of options and of course, clients get to spend time in a beautiful holiday home when it’s not booked out to guests. Some clients may decide to retire into their villa eventually.
